Our founding broker brings over two decades of analytical expertise from a career in software engineering — combined with a lifelong passion for real estate that started as a teenager in India helping family and friends find homes.
After arriving in the US in 2003 to complete a Master’s in Computer Science, personal real estate investments in the Triangle provided hands-on experience long before licensure. For the past five years, that work has spanned home purchases, commercial leases, land sales, and property management.
